In this article, I will list the top 5 greatest WWE wrestlers of all time depending upon their accolades, achievements, history, and performance. By no means, this list is not based on the championships that one has won and the number of t-shirts they have sold.

This is purely based on the contributions that the individual has made for the company and a100% well-researched list of top WWE performers ever without being biased.

Let’s get started.

1. Bruno Sammartino

Born in 1935, Bruno Sammartino is probably the greatest WWE superstar of all time who debuted in 1959. After being signed by World Wide Wrestling Federation (WWF), now WWE, Sammartino won his first WWE Championship on May 17, 1963. The fact that he topped on the list of our greatest WWE wrestlers of all time is due to his second reign as WWWF champion that lasted for 2,803 days, the longest championship reign in the history of WWE. As combined in all of his three reigns, he remained a champion for over 11 years. That makes him the greatest WWE superstar of all time.

2. The Undertaker

Mark William Calaway, also known as ‘The Undertaker’, is second on our list of the greatest WWE Superstar of all time. Debuted at Survivor Series of 1990 edition, The Undertaker went on to become “The Phenom” of WWE by defeating a series of superstars in the grandest stage of all time “Wrestlemania”. He participated in 21 straight Wrestlemanias and remained undefeated on the stage for over 21 years. During this streak, he defeated the likes of Kane, Triple H, Randy Orton, Ric Flair, Batista, Shawn Michaels, and the list goes on. The undertaker and his streak will remain the greatest winning streak in sports ever.

3. Randy Orton

The 14-times WWE World Heavyweight Champion, Randall Keith Orton has is the third greatest ever WWE wrestler of all time. Born on April 1, 1980, Randy Orton is a third-generation superstar, the son of Bob Orton Jr. and grandson of Bob Orton Sr. After making his debut in 2001, RKO has won numerous championships in WWE, Royal Rumble, Sole Survivor, Money in the Bank, a grand slam champion, as well as the youngest world heavyweight champion in WWE history.

But above all, the contributions that he has made for the company are undeniable. He is 41 at the time of this writing and still performing since signing with OVW, WWE’s developmental territory, back in 2001. Randy has wrestled the highest number of WWE’s PPVs and TV shows in WWE history beating all-time greats. Wrestlers like John Cena, who started out with the company have already become part-timers but Randy is still performing with the company giving his best and looking young/sharp. The amount of matches that he has played for the company makes him the third greatest superstar of all time.

4. Goldberg

Bill Goldberg secures the spot of the fourth greatest WWE wrestler of all time on our list. He is famed on this list due to a series of undefeated streaks that started on September 22, 1997, by defeating Hugh Morris on WCW Nitro and ended on December 27, 1998, after losing to Kevin Nash by pinfall due to interference. The thing that makes this streak so special is that Goldberg annihilated his opponents that did not last for more than 2–3 minutes in the ring. Although Andre the Giant had a winning streak for over 15 years, that was not properly promoted and televised. WWE later used Goldberg’s streak copy to build the wrestlers such as Brock Lesnar, Ryback, and Asuka.

I hope that you enjoyed our list of the top 4 WWE wrestlers of all time.
